Free parking is available on the 3 parking lots around our building. These are city owned public parking.
The North Lot may not be suitable for low vehicles or persons with mobility issues or devices.
A loading and unloading zone is located in front of the lobby (under the marquee)
There are no designated handicapped spots, please anticipate arriving early to obtain a closer spot.
Though on street parking is allowed, we ask that you utilize the parking lots to accommodate local residents and businesses
The Sorg Opera House is not responsible for any damage, break-ins, or other issues pertaining to parked vehicles.
Vehicles blocking or obstructing access or alleyways will be towed. Notice may not be given. If your vehicle is towed, you will need to contact the City of Middletown, as we do not own the parking lots.

The Main doors are located on the Main Street side of the building. Entry will NOT be permitted at any other door.
NO EARLY ENTRY - patrons who arrive before the “Doors Open” time listed for their show WILL NOT be allowed to enter the building. If you arrive early, please visit our friends at The Swire Inn, Primo Steakhouse, or Gravel Road Brewery.
Our lobby is small, so we ask that you promptly go to your seats to make way for other patrons.

Our building was built and modified prior to modern ADA standards and are grandfathered into previous standards. We have done our best to accommodate those with ADA needs. Our restrooms are wheelchair accessible, though tight and may not accommodate those with larger mobility devices.
Handicapped seating are dedicated spots at the end of aisles to accommodate mobility devices. No actual seats are in these spots. Patrons in mobility devices will be seated in the aisle. These position are slightly sloped and it is the responsibility of the patron or caretakers to make sure all brakes, locks, and other safety features are operational. The Sorg Opera House is not responsible for failures of privately owned devices.
The Sorg Opera House does NOT have any wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aides.
There is no elevator access to the balcony.
Patrons with portable oxygen or other devices are asked to sit in aisle seats or purchase the seat next to them, as the seating arrangement and legroom may not accommodate the devices.

Concessions are available on site. These include candy, popcorn, and Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sweet/Unsweet Tea, Lemonade, and water. Some flavors may not be available at all shows.
Domestic Beer (Budweiser, Bud Light, Miller Light, Michelob Ultra) and wine (Moscato, chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet) are available. Draft beers may be available at some shows.
Not outside food or drink is allowed in the theater.
DORA drinks are allowed in the lobby, but cannot enter the theater.
