The Butler Philharmonic Orchestra returns to the beautiful Sorg Opera House for a March 8 concert of music highlighting masters of the Classical Era of music history.

MAESTRO GUISSEPPE LANZETTA LEADS

The Mozart boys, Wolfgang and his father Leopold, join Ludwig van Beethoven for an evening of the finest of the late 18th century. Beethoven shocked the world in 1801 with the premiere of his First Symphony in C Major, Opus 21.

Your BPO brings it to life 224 years later under the baton of Maestro Guisseppe Lanzetta of the Florence (Italy) Chamber Orchestra. The little known Concerto for Alto Trombone of Leopold Mozart (with Joshua Omaits, soloist) and his son's well-known Overture to the Magic Flute round out an amazing program. Come enjoy the masters with your Butler Philharmonic Orchestra. See you in the concert hall!
